Initially, a great deal of time was spent with us to establish our requirements before we viewed various properties. We are both delighted with the level of personal service which has been provided by The team and Caroline - as a result, we have discovered the magical village of San Juan and a fabulous holiday retreat, which we are so looking forward to completing in June.. A big thank you to Caroline and your team for all your help and guidance which has enabled us to achieve this goal.

 

We have nearly completed the first of many holidays in our wonderful new apartment in Almeria, thanks in no small part to the team at Grupo Platinum.  Caroline, the main representative who dealt with us helped us to identify the priorities that we had for our dream property and found for us a property to turn the dream into reality.

From our first meeting, through to the day we signed for the property the staff were on hand providing help, guidance and support all of which was invaluable to us as we were novice overseas purchasers.

"My husband and I had decided that we would like to purchase a holiday apartment in the Costa Almeria area so in the autumn of 2008 we emailed a number of estate agents in that area so as we could get a better understand as to what properties were likely to be available within our limited budget.

Early in March 2009 we both went out to Almeria and arranged to meet with Caroline who took us around to view a number of properties and whilst travelling also gave us an insight into the different characters of the various areas we visited. There was one property that we particularly liked located in the town of San Juan where a 2-bed apartment with excellent views was available.

We knew immediately that we liked the apartment and the town where it was located so with Caroline’s help we worked through matters such as kitchen fittings, kitchen tiling, furniture packages, garage parking, solicitors and purchase cost.

It was Caroline’s help and assistance that enabled us to confirm by the end of the month our intention to purchase the apartment in San Juan and when we returned to Spain the following month Caroline continued to provide invaluable help and guidance regarding the the opening of a local bank account, obtaining our NIE numbers and engaging a Spanish solicitor.

We returned to Almeria in the July of 2009 to finalise the sale and know that without Caroline we would not have bought such a good property and for that we are so grateful and would recommend her and as such, her Company, to any prospective Spanish property purchaser."

 

 

 

After searching the Internet or a long while, we travelled to Spain to look for a dream home that we can use for many years to come.. We had no experience ourselves, just the information we had found o­n the internet, we had many reservations. We had spoke to Caroline and other consultants in Grupo Platinum many times before the trip. We did specify our wishes to them, for them to build a portfolio and itinerary prior to our visit. We finally found our home which was built for us in record time, individually designed, o­nce we picked the land we liked. We met a couple of Solicitors and decided ourselves which we wanted to use. They know the area and have been there for us 100% from start to finish, making what we o­nly dreamed of, a reality.
